World Series
The world series is all tied up again. With the Cardinals being down 1-0 going into game 2 they knew that this was a must win. The Cardinals got up 1-0 with a triple by Matt holiday and then Yadier Molina had single to hit Holiday in. So when the Cardinals went up 1-0 they knew with Michael Wacha on the mound, it might have been all they needed. In the 7th inning Wacha walked Dustin Pedroia to lead off the inning, then David Ortiz came up and things changed. With a 3-2 count Ortiz hit a outside changeup opposite field over the Green Monster for a 2 run homer to take the lead. That was big because it was the 7th inning with not many more chances to score. But in the 8th inning things changed again, the Cardinals started hitting Lackey like crazy. They ended up scoring 3 runs in the innings and won the game 4-2 to tie the series at 1-1.
